ORDER CHANGE QUESTIONS
Yes, you can, but please do so quickly. Once your order is in the process of being printed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If you need a size adjustment, contact our support team as soon as possible here. Be sure to include your order number when reaching out.
As long as your item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still update the details in our system. Simply email us your correct address along with your order number at support@dripova.com, and we’ll handle it for you.
Once your order is on its way (you’ll receive tracking info once shipped), it’s no longer under our control. In that case, please reach out to the carrier delivering your items.
We print on demand, meaning every product you see in our catalog is created just for you once you place an order.
This approach helps us minimize overproduction and reduce textile waste, and we’re proud to contribute to the sustainable fashion movement.
Because your items are processed (printed) almost immediately, we cannot cancel your order once production has started.
Please DO NOT place an order if you do NOT intend to keep the items you’ve selected.
As stated in our policy, once your order is placed, we cannot cancel or issue a refund for accidental or test orders.
