ORDER CHANGE QUESTIONS

Yes, you can, but please do so quickly. Once your order is in the process of being printed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If you need a size adjustment, contact our support team as soon as possible here. Be sure to include your order number when reaching out.

As long as your item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still update the details in our system. Simply email us your correct address along with your order number at support@dripova.com, and we’ll handle it for you.

Once your order is on its way (you’ll receive tracking info once shipped), it’s no longer under our control. In that case, please reach out to the carrier delivering your items.

We print on demand, meaning every product you see in our catalog is created just for you once you place an order.

This approach helps us minimize overproduction and reduce textile waste, and we’re proud to contribute to the sustainable fashion movement.

Because your items are processed (printed) almost immediately, we cannot cancel your order once production has started.

Please DO NOT place an order if you do NOT intend to keep the items you’ve selected.

As stated in our policy, once your order is placed, we cannot cancel or issue a refund for accidental or test orders.

A CHANGE IN SIZE

If you’ve selected the wrong size, don’t worry! Simply include a note with the size you’d like, and we’ll send you the correct one. We’re happy to exchange sizes, but please note that no refunds are issued for incorrect size choices. Each order is eligible for one free exchange only.

YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

While we double-check everything, mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, no problem! Just send us a photo of the incorrect item you received before submitting your request.

PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT

If you provided the correct address and your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping time (as per our policy), plus an additional 15 business days for potential delays, or if there has been no tracking update for 10-15 days, please contact us. If we’re unable to track down the package, we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost to you.

YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM

We take great pride in the quality of our products. All orders undergo a 3-step quality check before shipment. However, if an item was damaged during shipment or missed during quality control, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement. No need to return the item – you can keep it, donate it, or repurpose it. All we ask is that you submit a request for a replacement and include a photo of the damaged item. If we can confirm it’s damaged, we’ll send you a replacement 100% free of charge.

Please note, FiercePulse does not provide prepaid return shipping labels, and return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

- You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds with that inquiry because all items are made special for you.

- You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.

- You have requested a return after 14 days of receiving your package

- The item(s) have been worn or washed

- The item(s) have been altered in any way

- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault

- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them

- The item(s) were a Final Sale item

As a fast-fashion retailer and eCommerce brand, our prices may vary based on trends, inventory levels, demand from our Dripova community, and ongoing sales or promotions.

Because of this, we do not provide refunds or store credits for price differences between your purchase price and any current prices on our website. Additionally, we cannot retroactively apply promotional discounts available at the time.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

It depends on your country of residence. We have production facilities in the U.S.A., Europe, and Mexico. Your product will be made at the factory closest to you with the capacity to fulfill your order.

All Dripova products are handmade on-demand with care in Los Angeles (CA), Tijuana (MX), and Europe. The production location depends on proximity and factory availability at the time of your order.

Currently, we only accept orders placed directly through our website. If you need assistance, feel free to email us, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quick guide on how to place your order online.

While we ship globally, our operations are based in the U.S.A. During checkout, your credit card company or PayPal will automatically process the payment in your local currency.

We take immense pride in our quality and love that every item you purchase is a limited edition piece.

Our products are exclusively available in our online store and nowhere else! We collaborate with the best designers and skilled seamstresses in the industry.

Fun fact: our leggings are so well-made that you won’t be able to tear the seams, no matter how hard you try.

All our items are handmade in America and Europe. Each order is printed, cut, and sewn by hand. Since our items are printed on demand, production begins as soon as your order is placed.

We dedicate ourselves to delivering exceptional quality, which is reflected in our pricing. While it may be pricier than average, you’re investing in a premium item that lasts significantly longer than similar products from other stores.

Additionally, we use only the finest materials. We don’t compromise on quality or settle for fabrics that lose vibrancy or stretch over time. Every fabric and printing technique we use is carefully tested and approved.

This commitment to top-tier materials and craftsmanship may make our products slightly more expensive, but the value and longevity make them worth every penny.

Only ONE discount code can be used per order. Our website does not support multiple codes, and we do not combine discounts or offers.

For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any duties or taxes will be applied to your purchase.

There are a few reasons why you might not have received an order confirmation email:

1. Your order may not have gone through for some reason. 2. You may have entered an incorrect or mistyped email address. 3. If your email address is correct, the order confirmation may have ended up in your spam or junk folder.

Every product in our catalog is made on-demand, meaning once you place an order, we begin crafting it specifically for you. While it takes time to create and ship your product, this approach helps us avoid overproduction and supports sustainable fashion. SHIPPING AND HANDLING QUESTIONS

No problem, we ship globally!

When calculating how long it will take to receive your order, there are two factors to consider: Dripova's production time and the shipping speed.

PRODUCTION TIMES:

All Dripova™ products are handmade and printed on demand. Once you place an order, we create it specifically for you. Processing your order typically takes 2-7 business days before we ship it out.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. However, please expect potential delays of 10-15 business days due to increased order volume and safety measures for our associates.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

USA: 3-5 business days (USPS)

GB: 8-12 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

Australia: 10-15 business days

Worldwide: 10-20 business days.

To guarantee the highest quality, we collaborate with different factories for our products. For instance, sports bras are made in a different facility than leggings. As a result, if you order both a sports bra and a pair of leggings, you may receive two separate packages.

For orders over $100 on Dripova, we’ll cover the shipping cost!

Domestic shipping (USA) for orders under $100: Just $6.99

International shipping for orders under $100: Only $11.99, depending on the destination.

You’ll receive an email once a shipping label is created for your order and it’s ready to ship. After that, the tracking information will be activated. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking updates to appear.

We’re sorry to hear about the customs fee, but please note that it’s beyond our control. This fee is not set or collected by us.

Some governments randomly inspect packages and impose extra charges for imports. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about this, as it’s outlined in our policy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

No worries! Please reach out to us here: Contact Us with your correct address, and we’ll reship the package as soon as we receive it.

If the tracking number shows that the package was delivered to your address, but you haven’t received it, don’t worry. Shipping carriers often deliver items within one or two days after they’re marked as "Out for Delivery" or "Delivered."

Here are a few things to consider and do:

USPS delivery vans have GPS, and sometimes shipments are marked as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait an extra business day as the package might have been marked as delivered by mistake and will likely arrive the next day.

Allow an additional business day for your parcel to arrive. You can also contact the USPS Hotline at 1-800-742-5877 as they are responsible for misdelivered mail.

Reach out to your local post office and ask them to search for the missing package.

It's also worth contacting the post office and asking them to check with the driver about where the package was left.

Lastly, the package might be held at your local post office, so it's a good idea to inquire about that as well.

Before contacting us, please help us out by doing the following:

1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no mistakes in the delivery address.

2. Visit your local post office to see if they have your package.

3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is unfortunately on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and won’t be home to receive it, consider using an address where you'll be available to accept the package!

If the shipping address is correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbors, please reach out to us here with your order number.

While the transaction is handled as a standard eCommerce order, our preferred retail partners receive exclusive discounts on all orders.

DRIPOVA is continuously evaluating our offerings to suppliers and dealers. While we currently offer wholesale discounts to select preferred retail partners, we are open to re-evaluating the development of a formal wholesale program in the future.
