REASONS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEMS

 

A Change in Size
We understand that choosing the perfect size online isn’t always easy. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, simply let us know the size you’d prefer, and we’ll send a replacement. While we’re happy to accommodate size exchanges, here are a few important details to keep in mind:

  • Refunds for sizing errors are not provided.

  • Only one free size exchange is permitted per order. Please double-check the updated size to ensure it’s the right fit.

Wrong Item Delivered
At Dripova, we strive to ensure that every order is accurate, but occasional mix-ups can happen. If you’ve received an item that’s different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. To process your request:

  • Attach a clear photo of the incorrect item when submitting your return or exchange request. This helps us verify the error and resolve the issue without delay.

  • Rest assured, we’ll promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work swiftly to correct any mistakes.

Package Lost in Transit
We know how frustrating it can be to wait for a package that doesn’t arrive. If your package is lost during transit, we’ll take care of it. Here’s how we handle such situations:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time outlined in our shipping policy, plus an extra 15 business days to account for any unexpected delays, please reach out to us immediately.

  • Similarly, if your tracking information hasn’t been updated for more than 10 business days, let us know, and we’ll send a replacement order free of charge.

To ensure we can assist you effectively:

  • Notify us within 10 business days of the last estimated delivery date.

  • Stay updated on your tracking information, as carriers often provide critical details regarding delivery attempts or issues.

We’ll do everything we can to ensure your replacement order reaches you without further hassle.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Quality is at the heart of what we do at Dripova. Each item goes through multiple quality control checks before being shipped, but sometimes issues may still arise. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, here’s how we’ll handle it:

  • You don’t need to return the damaged item—feel free to keep it, repair it, or recycle it responsibly.

  • Please provide a clear photo of the damage when submitting your request. This helps us assess the issue and process your replacement as quickly as possible.

  • We’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

We take pride in delivering high-quality products and will make sure you’re taken care of in the rare event of an issue.

Additional Notes on Returns and Exchanges

  • Dripova does not currently provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchanges.

  • Any outbound shipping costs paid during the original order are non-refundable.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES IF:

 

  • You’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
    All items are custom-made to order, specifically crafted for you once your order is placed. Due to this personalized approach, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds based on a change of heart.

  • You fail to obtain return authorization from our team.
    All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Returns sent without completing the authorization process through Submit Your Return Request will not be processed.

  • Your return request is submitted after 14 days of delivery.
    Requests made beyond the 14-day window are ineligible. It is essential to adhere to this timeframe to ensure proper processing.

  • You want an exchange for a different print or style.
    Exchanges are allowed for size adjustments only. Requests to swap for another print, color, or style cannot be fulfilled.

  • You placed the order as a test or by accident, or you request a cancellation.
    Once an order is placed, the production process begins almost immediately, and cancellations are not possible. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

  • The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered.
    Products must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations. Any items returned in non-original condition will not qualify for a return or exchange.

  • The item(s) are swimsuits, bikini sets, bikini bottoms, swim trunks, or boxer briefs.
    For hygiene reasons, these products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unworn or unused.

  • The item(s) are defective due to reasons not caused by Dripova.
    Issues arising from misuse, improper care, or other external factors beyond our control are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The item(s) are missing original tags or packaging.
    To be eligible, items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Any missing components will disqualify the return.

  • The item(s) are marked as Final Sale.
    Items with a price tag above of $59.99 or $79.99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • You’re requesting a refund.
    Dripova does not issue refunds for any reason. Only exchanges or store credit will be offered as all items are custom-made on demand.

Please Note: Dripova does not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credit as each item is custom-made to order specifically for you. This process ensures a sustainable approach and allows us to create your unique pieces with care and precision.


 

REFUSED PACKAGES

 

If you choose to refuse a shipment from Dripova, the following charges will apply:

  • Original Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping your order to you will not be refunded.

  • Customs Duties (For International Orders): Any customs duties or taxes incurred to re-import the package will be your responsibility.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the refused package back to us will also be deducted from your return amount.

Please note:

  • Since every item is custom-made just for you, refused or returned packages will be subject to a 70% restocking fee.

  • The remaining balance (after deductions) will be issued as store credit, or the package can be re-shipped to you at your expense.

In exceptional cases, Dripova may approve a refund as a one-time courtesy. If approved:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for the refund to be processed.

We strongly encourage you to accept your shipment to avoid these additional fees and delays.

Price Adjustments

At this time, Dripova does not offer price adjustments for purchases that have already been completed.
