Welcome to Dripova's Returns & Exchanges Policy. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.
Requesting an Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, you must submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please use our dedicated returns center by following this link: Dripova Returns Center. Requests made outside of this platform cannot be processed through our quality control system.
Please Note: Items received as part of an exchange cannot be returned for further exchanges.
Reasons for Returns
- Change in Size: If you require a different size, please specify the new size on the online form provided. We will send you the correct size promptly. Please note, refunds are not issued for incorrect size choices.
- Received the Wrong Item: If you have received an incorrect item, kindly send a photo of the item to support@dripova.com. We will investigate and rectify the issue for you.
- Received a Damaged/Faulty Item: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gear arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at support@dripova.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty item. We will send you a replacement free of charge upon confirmation of the issue.
- Pattern Variation: Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in pattern placement or alignment at the seams. Returns are not accepted for minor variations in pattern placement.
Items We Cannot Accept for Returns or Exchanges
We regret that we cannot process returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Not Using the Returns Center: All return or exchange requests must be processed through our returns center at Dripova Returns Center before sending back the product.
- Change of Mind: Given our print-on-demand model and absence of stocked inventory, returns due to a change of mind, design preference, or dissatisfaction with color are not accepted.
- Worn or Washed Items: We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed.
- Altered Items: Items that have been altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and saleable condition unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
- Replacement Orders: Items received as part of a replacement order from a previous exchange cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Missing Original Tags: Items must retain their original tags.
